About Laura King

Laura resides in sunny, Southern California and has been involved with a wellness lifestyle since 2014.  She is happily married and has 2 kids.  She loves art, teaching, and exercising. 

Some of her favorite things to do include making smoothies, taking bike rides and playing with her kids.  Her goal is to help others take control of their health.

How Laura Got Started...

In May of 2014 I was invited to an essential oil class, I was hesitant to go because I didn't want to be sold anything.  The class was hosted by friends I trusted, but I had my guard up.  Once the class began, something just clicked for me.  I had been doing a lot of research about food, nutrition, and health before the class.  So when I heard the power of essential oils, I thought to myself, why am I just now hearing about this? 

Taking the power of my health into my own hands is what I wanted and needed.  I wanted to take health into my own hands, because I believe we truly are our biggest advocates.  We have to be in charge.

I started with an enrollment kit and found myself diving deeper into essential oils.  I couldn't get enough knowledge and still can't get enough!   I have used the oils in countless ways and have become passionate about helping others.  I can honestly say, what did I do before the oils?  I can't and don't want to imagine my life without them.

I want King of My Health to be a place where we can share and learn how to take our health into our own hands. ~Laura King
